Biographical Information:

As a member of the firm's Personal Injury Team, Michael J. Barrett concentrates in several aspects of personal injury litigation. Mr. Barrett primarily represents clients in product liability, medical malpractice, and general negligence litigation. He served as the president of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association from 1997-1998. He has also served as a Trustee of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey from 1994 through 1997. Mr. Barrett is also a contributing author in a text entitled “New Jersey Product Liability Law," New Jersey Law Journal Books, 1994. Mr. Barrett is a Certified Civil Trial attorney, and he is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Middlesex County Bar Association.
