Biographical Information:
David P. Pepe is a shareholder with the law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A., concentrating his practice in Sports Law. He was a member of the Rutgers University varsity wrestling team between 1982 and 1983. While attending Seton Hall University School of Law he was a founding member of the Seton Hall Sports Law Journal and between 1988-1989 was a summer associate for the New York Yankees. Mr. Pepe also worked as an associate at Ribis, Graham & Curtin in Morristown, NJ where he developed a sports law practice. Mr. Pepe is a certified baseball agent by the Major League Baseball Players Association.
Mr. Pepe has represented numerous major league players and is a vice-president of Pro Agents, Inc. (a subsidiary of the Wilentz firm) that has a client roster of over sixty professional athletes.
