Biographical Information:
Michael F. Fried is an associate with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer on the Class Action Litigation Team. He has litigated ERISA, insurance, commercial, partnership, and employment law cases in both State (New York and New Jersey) and Federal courts. He has significant experience arbitrating matters before American Arbitration Association tribunals, having arbitrated approximately one hundred insurance cases on behalf of corporate clientele.
Mr. Fried has also served as General Counsel for a New Jersey-based Real Estate Investment Trust. He has handled securities law and corporate law matters, and has conducted commercial and residential real estate transactions. In addition, Mr. Fried has taught seminars for corporate clients on both insurance law and employment law issues.
