Biographical Information:
Jon Kupilik, a partner with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, has been with the firm since
1987. He concentrates his practice in toxic
torts litigation, where he represents plaintiffs
asserting various occupationally induced injuries.
He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar
Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association,
the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association,
and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
He is a member of the Meetings and Seminar
Committee of the Product Liability and Toxic
Tort Section of the New Jersey Bar Association.
