Biographical Information:
Erik C. Acosta is an associate with Wilentz,
Goldman & Spitzer P.A. concentrating
his practice in the area of toxic torts. Upon graduating from Rutgers School
of Law, Mr. Acosta served as a law clerk for the Honorable Edward Beglin, A.J.S.C.
(ret.) for the 2001 term.
Mr. Acosta presently serves as the Legal Advisor
for the Hispanic Law Enforcement Society of
Essex County and is a board member of the Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce of Essex County. He is
also a member of the American Bar Association,
the New Jersey Hispanic National Bar Association,
and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
