Biographical Information:
James Lundy is Counsel at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. in the New York office of the Mass Tort/Class Action team. He practices with an emphasis on asbestos, pharmaceutical and lead paint litigation. Mr. Lundy also handles medical malpractice and class action cases.
Prior to joining Wilentz, he concentrated his practice in the area of medical malpractice. At the Gordon v. Williams trial, in one of the department’s cases, Mr. Lundy, together with Barry Sugarman, Esq. of this office, successfully obtained a $4.5 million dollar verdict in Kings County, New York on behalf of several lead poisoned children.
