Biographical Information:
Marcello de Peralta is a part-time associate
with the law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A. His practice is concentrated in the areas of New
York Surrogate’s Court Proceedings and Estate Administration which
includes appointing fiduciaries, fulfilling Surrogate Court requirements
and advising clients regarding their duties.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association,
the New York City Bar Association, the New
York County Bar Association, the Richmond County
Bar Association and the New York State Elder
Law Section.
Mr. de Peralta also maintains a law office
