Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer Announces Seven New Fall Associates
September 18, 2008, Woodbridge, NJ –Michael Galvin, Daniel Kluska, Satish Poondi, Erica Rodriguez, Douglas Silvestro, Komal Ullah, and Rebecka Whitmarsh have become associated with the Woodbridge, NJ-based law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. (“Wilentz”).
Michael Galvin joins the firm’s Public Finance Team. Prior to joining the firm, he was a judicial intern to the Honorable Jamie S. Perri, Monmouth Superior Court. In addition, he was a summer associate with Wilentz in 2007. He received his B.A. from Boston College in 2004 and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 2008.
Daniel Kluska joins the firm’s Business Litigation Team. Prior to joining the firm, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Neil H. Shuster, Presiding Judge, New Jersey Superior Court. He received his B.A. from Rutgers University in 2004 and his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2007.
Satish Poondi joins the firm’s Mass Tort and Class Action Team. Prior to joining as an associate, he was a pharmacy law clerk with the firm. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University in 2005 and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 2008.
Erica Rodriguez joins the firm’s Public Finance Team. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Trial Preparation Assistant in the New York County District Attorney’s Office. In addition, she was a summer associate with Wilentz in 2006 and 2007. She received her B.S. from Union College in 2003 and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 2008.
Douglas Silvestro joins the firm’s Education Team. Prior to joining the firm, he was a law clerk in the Office of Administrative Law in New Jersey. He received his B.A. from Drew University in 2003 and his J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law in 2007.
Komal Ullah joins the firm’s Mass Tort and Class Action Team. Prior to joining the firm, she was an Associate at Cutler, Simeone, Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark, LLC. She received her B.A. from Kean University in 1998 and her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 2004.
Rebecka Whitmarsh joins the firm’s Family Law Team. Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Glenn Berman, Middlesex County. She received her B.S. from Clarkson University in 2000, her M.B.A. from SUNY Buffalo in 2002, and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University in 2007.
