Woodbridge, NJ – Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A.,
one of New Jersey’s major law firms, is pleased to announce
that two lawyers have been named shareholders of the firm and
five lawyers have been named counsel.
Laurie E. Meyers, formerly counsel of the firm, has been named a shareholder.
Meyers is on the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Redevelopment Team.
John M. Cantalupo, formerly an associate of the firm, has
been named a shareholder. Cantalupo concentrates his practice
in the area of Public Finance.
Yvonne Marcuse, formerly an associate, has been named counsel.
A member of the firm’s Redevelopment Team, Marcuse also
works closely with the firm’s Land Use Team.
Abby Resnick-Parigian, formerly an associate of the firm,
has been named counsel. She concentrates in the area of Toxic
Tort litigation, which includes representation of individuals
afflicted with occupational and environmental illnesses.
Brian Kalver, formerly an associate of the firm, has been
named counsel. He concentrates his practice in both Healthcare
Law and Business Law.
Ellen Torregrossa-O’Connor, formerly an associate of
the firm, has been named counsel. Torregrossa-O’Connor
concentrates her practice in the areas of Criminal Law and
Civil Rights Litigation.
Amanda Shechter, formerly an associate with Reppert Kelly
of Basking Ridge, has been named counsel. Shechter will concentrate
her practice on Commercial Real Estate and Intellectual Property.
